I hate when people mark all high scores in a review. It always feels over generous and insincere. In this case, Jill Booth has represented us as buyers and sellers three times. She expertly staged our home. We had viewings nearly everyday. She found us a home and sold ours fast and got us the best deal on both sides. We never felt alone, she was there for us every step of the way.

My husband and I wanted to live closer to our daughter. We found a house online that was in the area we wanted and in our price range. I called Jill to see if she could get me in to view the property. She was more than willing and got me in the same day. We fell in love with the house. Jill quickly listed our current home for sale. She hosted two open houses in the first week. Jill negotiated the price on our new house and everything just fell into place. Jill is knowledgeable, responsive and a real pleasure to work with.

While selling our first home and buying a new one was a whirlwind, Jill kept us grounded. It was a bit of a roller coaster, but Jill was with us every step of the way. We ran into road blocks that could not be avoided all the way down to moving during an ice storm. Jill kept our best interest at heart through the whole process and helped us see the big picture. Second house sold & purchased using Jill. AH-MAZING! Love this woman... she makes herself a part of your life, a part of your families life. Jill makes the home selling & buying process easy & stress free (even when it's SUPER STRESSFUL!). I was a little unprepared for the walk through of the home I was selling. We are a combined family with his & hers houses that needed to sell quickly to buy our "together" home. Carrying two mortgages can be stressful and so was finding the right agent. The first house put up for sale sat for over a year with little showings. That was until we sought the expertise of Jill Booth, Be Home Realty.
